1. General Provisions
Welcome to ShieldGrid Academy. These terms govern your use of our IT security courses and related offerings at shieldgridak.com. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
2.1 Enrollment and Access
ShieldGrid Academy provides interactive instructor-led IT security courses. Access details will be sent upon successful enrollment. You must ensure you meet any technical requirements before the course start date.
2.2 Cancellations and Deferrals
You may cancel or defer a course according to the refund policy outlined below. To defer without extra charge, request at least 3 days before the course start. Deferrals requested later may incur a fee or be subject to availability.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services
Certain custom training sessions and on-demand webinars are non-refundable due to immediate content access and resource allocation. These fees are final upon purchase and cannot be returned.
3. Infoproducts
Our digital publications, e-books, and recorded sessions are delivered electronically. Once delivered, they are final sale. If a file is corrupted, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. Funds will be returned via your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4. Physical Goods
ShieldGrid Academy offers branded merchandise and hardware kits. Inspect items upon receipt. Report damage or defects within 3 days. To return, ship items to our address at 107 Tunnel Mountain Drive, Banff, AB T1L 1H5, Canada. Returns are accepted if items are unused and in original packaging. After inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed within 21 days, via original payment method. Return shipping costs may apply.
5. Refund Policy
We offer the following refund options:
- Live Courses: Full refund for cancellations submitted at least 14 days before start. 50% refund for requests between 7 and 14 days before start. No refund for requests made less than 7 days before start. You may transfer to a future session at no extra charge if requested at least 3 days before start.
- Deferrals: Allowed up to 3 days before start without fee. Later requests are subject to availability and fees.
- Digital Products: Refund or replacement for technical issues if reported within 7 days of delivery. No refunds after this period.
- Merchandise: See Physical Goods above.
6. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within the time frames specified above. You will receive confirmation by email when the refund is initiated.
